Meet the Waterways Gardeners

Make sure you grasp the opportunity to get involved in the Waterways restoration. That’s the message from the two gardeners appointed to help reinstate the planting scheme and care for the park into the future.

Original Plans

At the end of January 2019 we were really lucky to visit the Norfolk Record Office and view the original plans for the Waterways and Boating Lake.

Venetian Waterways Restoration

Restoration of Great Yarmouth’s historic Venetian Waterways is well underway, with volunteers working alongside contractors to bring the park back to its former glory.
